Hi there, thanks for the reply, i have been around construction doing what we call first fix carpentry over here, (its the rough stuff to be honest like floor joints etc)  i have made fire surrounds and other varied carpentry work  so i am used to working with wood, but it does depend on the level of finish required, if i am honest i am not a cabinet maker fine work wood worker, but i am a fast learner,  but sorry i definately dont know anything about mason work  :what :ask

My trouble is that i have no paperwork to support my knowledge, thanks for getting back to me, to help locate a job, i have a NS drivers licence, i can operate construction machinery excavators dumpers etc, i am great on a computer, love the outdoors, (can teach survival and bushcraft) i am a dance instructor,(yeah i know me a fatty??) i have great personal and managment skills, i can sell, and i can do mechanical work, to name but a few,  i have not yet found a job i couldnt learn to do real quick,   like i said paperwork is my downfall,   cheers Dave

At this stage of the game i am perfectly willing to do work for cash while i seek a proper job which will qualify for a proper visa, the essence of the situation is i am between a rock and a hard place, the break up means, i have to leave my home in UK, and the only place i got left to go is the house in NS, but i need to support myself there until i get the residency sorted out, so i'm really very desperate, and willing to look at any ideas you guys may have!
I am not the kind to ask for help and it comes hard to me, but i really need a helping hand right now and dont know where else to turn, i know i am just a stranger to you guys, and i cant realy expect you to help, but at the same time, i need help so what do i do?  all i can do is reach out anf hope someone takes my hand and helps me out of the hole i'm in,  i can assure you i am a hard reliable worker, , what more can i say, cheers for looking guys, Dave,
