Some of you were asking when the Tramp's big T. V . debut is. For those who don't know 'she plays a major roll in the T V show Haven on the Syfy channal on Fri. night in the U.S. and on the Show Case channal in Canada on Mon. night at 11:00. She should be in this week's show, but I'm not shore. My boat had a part in last weeks .It  was about a  2 second back ground part that only I could pick out.
Just kidding about the Tramp's major part , but they did have her on 3 different days and have booked her 2 days next week.

Did the the "Set Deck" folks apply any fake mud or other make up?

Seems to me that there have been some other local rovers in front of a camera.  Candy Mountain in 1988, and Rankin Family video in the 90's.

If they did put on mud it better be fake. I'll let you know when I see the show tonight.

My yellow Range Rover (Colman) appeared as two cars in the movie "The Pilot's Wife".  It was in its
"natural" colour parked in a street scene, and later with blue and yellow chequerboard pattern as an
Irish police car.  When the blue vinyl squares were pulled off, quite a lot of paint came off with them.
The movie people quite cheerfully paid for a paint job.

A few years back my hybrid was in a tv commercial for AMF Pensions. It was a series of 5 commercials, it was just unfortunate that this particular commercial was the worst with swearing in it and the landy's appearance was no more than 5 secs at best.

Todd , that sure was 3 seconds of fame . I think The Tramp's 3 seconds are on tonight. The show blow up a car in Chester last week and almost took out the school. They wireded a 30 ft. cable to the hood frame and the skin of the hood keep going.
