What does Land Rover recommend for oil change interval for the 300 TDi? I'll be happy to hear what people think it should be and what they practice. What I want is the manufacturers recommendation.

Hard/extreme usage calls for every 5000km, normal usage is 12000km.

Myself I change the oil in both trucks twice a year no matter the mileage.
