Well, all I can say about Labour Day is WOW!  What an amazing event.   Many thanks to Tania and Chad for hosting.
As for Hurricane Earl- well all I can say is Land Rovers -1 ; Hurricane Earl- 0 !!  What other people would be out playing in a hurricane???  Just the Land Rover people!  I think that Chad should send a bill to the Nova Scotia government for our clean up.  I can’t wait to see everyone’s pictures.  Especially you Tania- hint hint.
Food was amazing as well.  The seafood chowder was beyond description.  I am missing it already!  Sorry about the potatoes Peter.  I promise I will have a feed of them for you next time.
Many thanks to all who helped us out on the hard trail.  I appreciate everyone’s concern for me and everyone’s assistance to get us out quickly.  Thank goodness for good friends.  I know how blessed I am.

Greg, Bettina, Thomas and William,

It was so good to meet you, we enjoyed having you around our "campfire" on Friday night, and getting to know Bettina on Saturday.  Wish you had been able to stay longer.

What a fantastic weekend. We haven't even moved and I'm already feeling homesick!! It was so nice spending the weekend with everyone in one of the most beautiful places around. I dread the thought of missing out in the future.

Tania and Chad, thank you so much for putting on an amazing weekend. You overcame adversity and we are all richer for having benefited from your generosity and that of your family. The amount of work you put in really showed and it was evident how much you cared about everyone having a good time. I don't know how you kept going and kept a smile too! You outdid yourselves and were model hosts. Tania, the food your mom made was ridiculous. I ate so much my fuel mileage was down about 30% on the drive home!!

Thanks to John for driving me around all weekend and letting me drive the Series I.
Thanks to Tristan for letting me drive the mini.
Thanks to Keegan for getting stuck in your sweater and falling off your chair (glad you're ok).
Thanks to Rosie for the baking.
Thanks to Julie for having cell reception.
Thanks to Pete for the integrated lighting.
Thanks to everyone who drove from near and far to take part.
Thanks to all the generous sponsors.

Those of you who could not make it or chose to stay home to watch over things in the storm, you were missed. I'm already looking forward to our next event and will make trips back to Nova Scotia just to take part.
