First of all, I have to say WOW

to being part of such an event. I would love to go but things are way to busy at work for me to even request time off

I am hoping that things slow down but there is no chance of that happening in the near future. I asked my boss for a couple of hours off the other day, and got a blank look from her.....and she is working as many hours (if not more) than I am.
I was doing some vacation research earlier in the year in Moab, UT and the cost for this course (I don't think it was Bill Burke) was $1200USD.That was for just the course and did not include vehicle rental. So $465 per vehicle may be alot for us Maritimers but really the cost of this event is quite reasonable. Since I am still a novice at off roading and haven't got the experience I would like, I really wish I could go.

I would need to at least have Friday off to be able to make the trip.....hmmm....

I will ask for the time off....

....doubt it will happen but I will definitely be inquiring.....bosses aren't allowed to beat you, are they????

Sorry- I think Tony's ADD is wearing off on me

I am going to see if I can get the time off, Richard. Tony has done an amazing job on getting my Disco back up to snuff. We off roaded her pretty hard and have done absolutely no maintenance to her since we bought it 2 years ago. He still has a fair amount to do but I have complete faith in him. I won't leave you hanging and will let you know in a few days if I can get the time off.
Again, thanks for organizing such a great event!!!
