This Series 88 seems to have taken up residence on North street in HRM.

That's been there on and off for at least a couple years. If it's from Ontario then it's been there even longer, but it looks to be in better condition thanthe one I looked at a long time ago there.

That's what I saw too John, but I assumed he meant it was Ontario plated before.

Blown motor is Nick Comeau.
The truck we took to the Romp last year.

Blew 4 motors in 8 months. Think he's had enough.

I noticed at last years Romp and Moose that neither Patrick and Nick really understand engine oil weights, what they needed for a 2.25, and quite possibly how much to put in.  Maybe that explains so many blown motors?!?

I sold a rover once that blew the engine 5 miles from the house. It was a reasonably well working engine, had been on trails with the guy before he bought it, and mentioned that it was old engine, take care it and it will last a very long time. ..... He and his buddies decided to offroad, deep water hole, reved the shit out of it.... boom! He was still happy though!

Speaking of nick .

What am i supposed to do with his old blown engine .Is it ok to scrap it or is it rebuild able .

Im half hearted to just put in in the scrap bin if hes not going to come and get it .

I was nice enough to get it to my place and now its taking up room on my shop floor.

Bruce mentioned his motor during the Romp. Not sure which one/where it is.

Tony,

You'll hear from Nick shortly, as will Bruce.

What would be a reasonable price to pay for a Series with no engine?

Thanks Pete

Give him my home number so he can call me .

I also just stored the engine or whats left of it under my shelving unit in the shop .Its safe for the moment lolo.

What is actually wrong with the engine ?

I dont see any signs of it blowing a hole through the side?
