Hi,

My name is Adam. I'm a Brit living in New Brunswick. I've had a Series III for a couple of years now but due to the birth of my first child last January I have not been able to get out to any events. I met a few fellow owners up in Chipman the day I picked up the truck, there was a rally starting at the hotel 3 doors up from the guy i got it from.

Anyway, I'm hoping to get out a few times this year to events. Now the baby is sleeping through the night. If i can get a SW body for the truck the family will come along too. Not too sure I can strap the Baby's seat to the flat bed of the tub I have at the minute.

Does anybody have a list of rallies planned for this year so i can book time off work?

Thanks,

Adam

Welcome to the group, Adam.  Several of us here are originally from UK.
There are rallies in Nova Scotia on Victoria Day weekend hosted by John Cranfield in Kingston, NS,
and another on the Labour Day weekend in September.   Hope to meet at one or both.

Hi Adam!  Welcome to our not so little group!
Tony and I live in New Brunswick as well.  We are in Welsford (about half way between Saint John and Fredericton.) We have the Rover addiction as well and are actually beginning a breeding program in our backyard.  At least that is what Tony tells me when another Land Rover appears.
There is Winter Romp coming up next weekend.  Tony and I will not be at that event but are planning for the Moose rally at John Cranfield's farm.  The Moose is a blast so hopefully you will be able to make that event.  Even if your vehicle is not completely ready for everyone to fit in, someone always has extra room for the family to jump in.
Feel free to send Tony or I a PM and we will see if we can get together on a weekend and introduce you to a few more of the crowd.

Hej Adam and welcome to MORE Forum.
I wouldn't recommend strapping the baby to the flatbed of the landy

There are SW bodies around, and your at the right place to be able to pick one up.

Welcome and enjoy.

Cheers,
Todd.

Hello  Adam,

Greetings from Hampton, just up the Transcanada 10 minutes from Quispamsis, I'll keep an eye open for the 109. If you see my dark grey Range Rover wave me down. Welcome to NB, we will probably have a group leaving from Saint John for John Cranfields "Moose Trophy" in the spring,  new rovers are always welcome.
