Hey everyone,

Will a 1275 cc motor and 4 speed gearbox from an Austin American fit in a Mini? I thought some Minis came with the 1275cc and I also thought that the American is the big brother to the Mini... would this all be correct?

Thanks,
T

Yes, they can be made to fit with some minor mods.  I have had a few Minis (998cc) and have often thought about tracking down an AA donk to slap in it.

The best place to ask about Minis is:
