Hi everyone .

I have been getting quit a few PM,s about axle seals and head gasket sets and so on.

It seems there alot of people that need some small parts. If there is enough interest ill put in a part order to the UK and have it flown over. The club here is now getting a very very good deal from FedEx to have our parts flown over.

Let me know and ill get things in order and order the parts.

Dont worry it wont take 6 months to get the parts     im doing the parts ordering and am not stuck in the stone age unlike some persons we know

Tony:

I would be in 4 rear axle seals and 4 front axle seals. The ones that prevent oil from getting on the brake shoes. Any idea of price for such an order.

Tony, I usually order my parts direct from Paddocks, or from the Rovahfarm (www.rovahfarm.com) as he's local and better than some with his prices.

I'm thinking I'll be changing out my clutch while I have the transmission off. Is it worth getting through you, or am I just going to get hit twice for postage and import duty?

OK quick up date.

The cost of ordering nd getting it flown over is as follows

It @4 times the weight.

So a 15kg box will cost around $60.00 to have flown over.I think thats pretty good if you ask me.The price also depents on the size of the box.

BenP ill provide you with the parts you need to do your front end.I dont have a used set of calipers here for you .We could have them flown over if you wish.If we order the Cv joints and Swivel balls it will cost a fair bit.Ill just make sure i order them on the next big parts order.

Axle seals and gaskets dont cost a whole lot to get shipped.

A clutch may costy a bit.

I do have a new clutch here if its needed ?Ill need to know if its for a series 2 or 3.

ok i guess thats it for now.

Ill have a look at the parts book on the timing chain issue.

We have to remember about BIG objects. It will cost more to have then shipped. There will also be no insurance on Body Parts and Glass.

Moses i need to know what type of clutch you need .Is it a series 2A or 3?  we get our parts @30% cheaper than paddocks and anyone else does.

Bringing the doors over wont be a problem as long as you know there is no insurance on them and you are willing to pay the shipping .I would be waiting for the next slow boat to come over.

Ill post the parts costs shortly

Sorry, I've been out most of the weekend, and got called away before I could reply this morning.

Yes, it is a SIII clutch I need, and that's a good price.  I'll have a look around at what I have here, and what I think I'll need for this Summer's repair jobs and get back to you with a full list ASAP.

Thanks,

Neil.
