Photos of my LRs, the ones that have passed through my hands, and the ones that I'm storing are at: http://www.fourfold.org/bens/BLRhaven/Last week Jeff Meyer stopped by and we started in on his WASHME rebuild. New frame bushings are in the galvanized frame. The rear axle and parabolics are installed. The front parabolics and axle case are one. The bits from that axle are being cleaned up and part way through the painting process. I hope to have it as a rolling chassis by the end of next weekend. Ben

Ben I probably don't have to advise careful routing of the fuel lines during this rebuild do I Ben? John

I probably don't have to advise careful routing of the fuel lines during this rebuild do I Ben? We are going to be very careful. I don't want to have a repeat performance. Jeff doesn't want underseat tanks this time either. He wants to find a rear SW tank. Something about sitting on 12 gallons on incendiary is making him a little nervious. Ben

Pretty good, It had a bit of a rough start. It must have been sitting for some time. Lots of stuff needed to be freed up. Some new brake lines, a manifold, a clutch. And a whopping big heater from Princess Auto! Now it's pretty nice.
I'm hoping I can keep it for a bit, until I build another pickup. We'll see
Pete

Pete;
looks really straight on the outside. What is the inside like, how is the frame.
I have seen that truck parked most likely in the previous owners yard
Saw it in Chezzecook. Most like will see Jake there now.
It is strange not to see Jake as your avtar anymore

It is a really nice looking un-tampered with truck. There have been some changes made, but it is more or less very original. Pete 'done good'

I did a trail today I've been wanting to explore for a very long time but have been told it's the trail from hell. Well it was a good challenge but not to the reputation it has locally. John
